G'Kar
As recounted by an anonymous
and likely now dead third party
The advent of Starfleet's Project Christopher by their intelligence services precipitated the necessity of the Klingon Empire to respond in kind. While snatching warriors from the past and likely an immediate journey to Sto'Vo'Kor may be considered sacrilidge by some, it is imperative this threat be met with all due diligence. These temporal abominations Starfleet has conjured are not green Cadets but battle-hardened foes modeled after Kirk who are "used to hating Klingons." The Empire has also returned to a time when Kang, Kor, and Koloth were legends in progress. To this end Qan Mang exists but this is not where G'kar originates.
G'Kar himself is not from this past era but a "self-employed" Lethan fence of the present period. Tales of his raids, humanoid trafficking, and ruthless executions of those deemed unfit are known across the quadrant. Allegedly, G'Kar learned of Christopher through the capture and subequent torture of a Section 31 operative and his Project charge. Word of this filtered to J'mpok and ships were dispatched to determine the level of threat to the Empire and Qan Mang operational security. Ultimately, G'Kar was received to perform actions at which an honorable Klingon warrior would balk.
Knowledge is power. But lack of knowledge is equally powerful. When knowledge is absent, rumor and fear reign supreme. I and my house will undoubtedly be slain for this as will anyone who reads this transmission.
