re: Duroz Krahn, A running history..

After a few sessions with Commander Krahn, I have come to discover a few things about this man. First of all upon first glance, the man looks to be Klingon, he has the build, the cranial structure and confidence of a Warrior of many years his elder. But as he sat down on the table to be examined, I noticed the ears of a Vulcan! As I began to ask him questions on his heritage, he looked me straight in the eyes and said that his father was Klingon Warrior, who had performed missions in the Vulcan sector of space. On one of his missions he ran across a Vulcan female who was out collecting gasses in the orbit of a moon for research. He said his mother hailed his father and the rest is history from there. He even said they were still together on a asteroid base just outside the planet Jupiter. Well some love is just to great and overcomes the cultural differences.
This poses a great question, what was the man like? After further physical examination, I found his physical structure to be really remarkable. He had the organs of a Klingon, the three lungs and the eight chambered heart, but the heart and the liver were transposed just like that of a Vulcan. Physically Commander Krahn is a true marvel of what a mixed heritage can do. Mentally, I found remarkable strength and fortitude of a great warrior. Not to mention the ability to stay calm and calculated. Although I do feel if pushed past his limits, the man could be a fierce and capable warrior. His career selection puzzled me; he chose the Science commission and was happy about it, although his heritage showed that he would be a capable Tactical Officer. He loved to explore and find new life forms, and he even joked about killing the life forms as well. I do believe he is the most aggressive explorer I have ever met.
Commander Krahn, in mind is capable, and willing to take any assignments. He will be a great addition to any fleet, and should be looked upon for any missions of great importance, and should make a impact almost immediately.
Still needs some work, I will work on it more, plus I am doing this at work, so it does not have my full attention.

Interesting hertiage. Bet he was a good at Starfleet academy debating club. The ability to logically reason with your opponant, up to hte point where you have to rip their head off, becasue they will not concede.
From a medical angle. I would be interested to know if the Klingon back up ogans structure combined with a vulcan healing trance gives Commander Krahn quicker recovery time.

I will have to do some research on both races, I like Star Trek, but I don't know that much about the races. I will work on it.

I know you were only joking.

Captain Duroz Krahn, of the U.S.S. Zombie.
I finally got promoted to Captain, I am so pleased. As well, I was given commission of a brand new Constitution Class Science vessel. I have been drooling to get a chance to be at the helm of one of these wonderful ships. I heard about the exploits of Captain Kirk, and I will be proud to be in the same class of ship as him and his crew. Plus they are the elite of the Fleet, a modern pinnacle of technology. Starfleet even let me name the ship! I had to go with one of my favorite lore and horror things, the glorious Zombie. The officer at the depot raised his eyebrow, but he warmed up to it.
As for my crew I couldn't be happier, they are attuned to my needs and they know I can trust them. They perform with the up most honor and integrity.
I was approached about a unique opportunity, and I think I am going to take it. It's a opportunity for my crew and I that we can't refuse. Project Christopher, here we come. Be ready, we are here to explore, and if need be have our guns blazing.
Amendment 1
I was further informed that I will be leaving in the next two days at a location to be determined at time of departure. They told me I would be in contact with a Fleet as soon as I warped into the Sirius Sector block. I have informed my crew and they are determined to be ready, I inspected the ship today and we are ready.
Just a update to the Blog, its gonna be a work in progress, I love to write. Some of it is off, Ill work at it at home, I am at work right now.
