That's sad. A really gifted actor- everything from "Star Trek" to "Murder, She Wrote." A loss to all.

I found his portrayal one of the most interesting and riveting performances by a guest star on any of the different shows over 45-odd years or so, and that's up against some pretty stiff competition.

Farewell, William Windom. I wish you a safe journey into 'the undiscovered country.'

I actually met this guy in front of Grummans Chinese Theater around 1980. Got a picture around somewhere. Nice guy. Condolences.
