You should see the new ships in the fleetyards and they will have "Fleet" in front of the name. In the bottom right hand corner will be symbols telling you what you need or if there are fleet ships available. It was quite confusing the first time i tried to figure ut out but then all of Speedofheats comments well make sense Happy
