Hi all, got a new PC and i'm trying to play but the Account Guard is stopping me.
After receiving codes long after I have been disconnected (so they become invalid) and all support is telling me is to check my spam & junk email folders, i'm wondering if there is a way around this thing and if anyone else has had the problem.
The only way I can think of is keep a browser window open and try to disable it in account management - shouldn't make the blindest bit of difference but i'm also a UK player

try the following:
add *.startrekonline.com to trusted sites
and enable pop ups.
also you could check your account setings, but to turn them off you may end up having to authorise the browser....

Ta Speed, didn't work - just changed my registered email from tiscali to a hotmail.co.uk and it worked so it was my service provider.
