The Lobi Crystal Consortium (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quark Enterprises) has announced that they are no longer going to be offering the Temporal Lock Box as in-game drops and rewards as of Thursday, January 24th, around 10am PST. Now’s your opportunity to open one of these boxes for a chance at some spectacular prizes. you can get 800 lobbi crystals (temporal weapons) opening reg boxes so...

i dont guess so ...but you can get lobi just opening any box so.. (i still not reached that level of boringness but a day not too far i will) ...and i guess is cheaper to buy the ship from the exchange than just try to go lucky into the lottery >.<
