STO Gateway is Now Available
We are proud to announce that the beta of the STO Gateway is now available on Holodeck!

As revealed in this Dev Blog, this new feature allows players to remotely access their in-game status information via their desktop, tablet, or smartphone. In its initial release, the STO Gateway will allow players the ability to view their player status and equipped items, ship status and equipped items, bridge officer status and equipped items, and accolades. This list of features is only the beginning of what’s possible — there will be more features and functionality to come.

To access the STO Gateway, visit gateway.startrekonline.com from your computer, tablet or smartphone's internet browser.

Also, please see our STO Gateway forum threads here and here. Note that posts here should be in English only as the Developers are watching these threads. Also, the Gateway is currently only available in English but will be available in French and German in the future.

What is Star Trek Gateway?
Gateway is a web application which lets you look at your Star Trek captains, ships, bridge officers, fleets, and other data from Star Trek Online. Eventually, you will be able to interact with Star Trek Online through Gateway without logging in to the full 3D client.

The purpose of Gateway is to let players into Star Trek Online without needing to start up the full client.

Browser Requirements

Gateway is tailored to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices supporting HTML5.
Gateway has been verified to operate on recent versions of Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. It may work on earlier versions of these browsers.
Gateway requires the use of cookies.
Gateway requires the use of Javascript.

the point is... eventually... we will be able to check out doff mission from outside the game... hell yeah!

ps: yes and many other things probably too... but with doff missions is enough to me by now.. im not a pushing kind of person >.<
