How To Get Diplomatic Embassy Clearance

First Step is Your Fleet Introductions:
If you have not already done so please introduce yourself and your fleet in this Sub forum.

This will give the Advisory Council a chance to do some research on your Fleet and formally welcome yopu to Mariner 10 Spacestation.

In order to get access the TOS Veterans Embassy:
If you are an Ambassador to a Fleet that wishes to discuss diplomatic relations with the TOS Veterans.

If your fleet is already in an alliance with The TOS Veterans and you wish to negotiate a new agreement

If your fleet is already in an alliance with The TOS Veterans and you wish to be added to your Fleets list of diplomats

Please follow these steps in order to get granted Diplomatic Access to the Fleet Embassy.

Set up your diplomatic account:

If you have ever created a Guild Launch account for any site on the Guild Launch network you can use the same account to join this site. Enter the your email and password into the left side of the page in order to login
If you do not have a Guild Launch account then you can create a new one using the right side of the page.

When you are asked what Guild you are joining there will be a pull down menu with TOS Veterans Fleet in Star Trek Online on the Live Server. Scroll do to the “TOS Diplomatic Corps in Star Trek Online on the Live Server - Alliance Members” Guild in order to set up your diplomatic access privileges.

Fill out some of the information on the Application form and make sure you explain what fleet you are representing and your Fleet Title in the “Tell us a little bit about yourself” question.

Once your Application has been approved:
Once your TOS Diplomatic Corps application has been approved by council you will have access to The Embasy Forums where you will have access to out “Treaties and Alliances” subfolder, United Federation Roundtable and your private Fleet Folder where you will be able to have private discussions with the TOS Veterans Fleet Advisory Council
