I've read the blog, and the stats are scattered all over the place, so I decided to put the information in a format that I found easier to read.

All three Andorian Escorts will be available in the C-Store for individual sale (2500 ZEN) or as a 3-pack bundle (5000 ZEN) this Thursday, February 21st, around 10AM PST.

Base:

One fore weapon slot is occupied by Kumari Wing Cannons. This weapon can be removed and replaced by a different weapon, but it cannot be equipped on ships other an Andorian Escort. Only one may be equipped per ship at a time.

Consoles:
The Phaser Dispersal Array console allows your Wing Cannons to charge up and fire a powerful blast that will damage your target and all enemies near your target.

The Wing Cannon Platforms console allows you to deploy two Wing Cannon Platforms which will orbit your ship and fire on your Wing Cannons’ targets. Wing Cannon Platforms will only fire while you are firing your own Phaser Wing Cannons.

The Tachyon Induction Relay console allows your Wing Cannons to fire a powerful Tachyon burst that damages all of your target’s shield facings.

Set Bonuses:
The two-piece set bonus grants Synchronized Targeting, a passive bonus to Accuracy.

The three-piece set bonus is Wing Cannon Synergy. This allows the player’s deployed Wing Cannon Platforms to benefit from the player’s special cannon abilities such as Cannon: Rapid Fire, Cannon: Scatter Volley, and the special attacks provided by the Tachyon Induction Relay and Phaser Dispersal Array consoles.

Wow, the consoles look nice, but the boff layout on that tactical one just blows. Glass cannon indeed...yet I'm almost certain that the engineering and science versions would probably outperform and out dps it just because of being able to survive or use emergency power to weapons with some science shield heals.

I'm sure the burst damage on the tactical one would make it a beast in pvp, but I'm not sold on it being viable in an stf without someone healing the <bleep> out of it.

It certainly looks like it'll be the new bug in pvp though.

Looks like they made a Tac escort that really needs a coordinated team (and good healer) to keep it going in PvP. That has to one of the most 'unique' Tac escort Boff layouts I've seen.

As Bottle says above: A true 'Glass Cannon' of a ship.

Bleh. Another c-store trio that makes most of the fleet ships pointless? And it has no nacelles. For a Star Trek game, I'd like to see more endgame use of proper looking ships.

I'm looking at the sci version of the ship. In PvP with 3-4 field generators, that ship might have the shields to tank better than it's base hull would suggest, and the 5th forward weapons slot will be a significant damage increase.

I'm still not sure about the consoles. It would require using all phasers, which might be fun/annoying if you had a SOB style all phaser team, rather than using your damage type of choice.

I'm fine with phasers as it'd give me a chance to use the quad cannons. Too bad you can't use more than one. The andorian phasers in the dilithium store intrigue me though. I wonder what the stats will be on them. I'm hoping for some sort of hybrid weapon with similar stats to the spiral wave disruptors. Maybe Accx2 CrtHx2 with an antiproton's +20% crit severity and phaser proc and phaser damage. Muahahaha.

I have not tested Kumari with both Tac captain and Engineer captain and I have had a lot of fun
with it. However I removed all the special consoles and put full set of 5 tactical +damage consoles in it.

As for Engineer captain tac version is a lot of fun because I can go very offensive and still
survive with engineer captain skills.

As for tac I prefer my KDF captain tac captain this Guramba but thats propably matter
of taste. Overall Andorian ships seem very powerful in PVE and provide nice dps.
